Spring Showing Grace Outreach
Students and their families, including siblings, are invited to our Spring Showing Grace Outreach at Master Provisions on April 30th from 9am-noon.  Sign up sheets are available outside each of your children's classrooms.  Master Provisions provides food, clothing and orphan care locally and around the world.  We will be sorting the items collected during our Lenten clothing drive in order to send them to a mission in Ghana.  Our winter visit to the Cold Spring Transitional Care facility was so successful.  Let's continue to help our students grow in grace by showing grace!

Whooping Cough Alert

Attention Parents!  This message is to alert you that Northern Kentucky Health Department has reported over a hundred documented incidents of Pertussis, also known as whooping cough, in the last several weeks, spanning all counties.  The early, cold-like symptoms of Pertussis progress to a persistent cough that won't go away and worsens with time.  As you know, Grow in Grace Preschool requires all students to be fully up to date on their vaccinations prior to enrollment, including the Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (DTaP) vaccine.  However, according to the Heath Department, individuals can still contract a lesser form of the infection even if vaccinated. Pertussis is particularly dangerous to infants, the elderly, and persons with chronic illness.  If your child has a cough, even if it is a mild one, please keep them at home and take them to your pediatrician immediately.  Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our students and their families healthy!

Are you looking for a part-time teaching position with a schedule that enables you to be there for your own school-aged children or grandchildren? Then Grow In Grace Preschool and Kindergarten has a unique opportunity for you!  We are seeking a lead teacher for our 4’s program.  Your work hours would be Monday-Friday from 9:30-2:30, and our school calendar follows the Beechwood Independent School District.  We have a student to teacher ratio of 10:1 with an aide to assist in bathroom breaks, art activities, and lunch.  We are seeking an experienced individual, 21 years or older, with a CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.  We want a teacher who is committed to providing students with hands-on learning experiences, with  a commitment to our Christian faith in a positive (not punitive) play-based environment.  Applicants will be required to pass a background check and drug screening as well as a TB test.  If this job sounds like a fit for you, please send your resume and cover letter to our director, Elizabeth Franxman, at efranxman@growingraceprek.com.
